ADVOCACY ALIGNED

As the SPOC for Advocacy in Vodafone Business Marketing, I wrote more than my fair share of case studies.

As Advocacy was a silo teams situation with unaligned output across the business, I led a task force to bring 4 pillars together into a one-stop shop internal site for all customer reference materials.

Despite constraining guidelines, we created a simplified look-and-feel with massively reduced word count, pleasing all our competing stakeholders.

The Case Study Library became such a popular Sales Enablement resource, that we later created an app, to be used in the field.
