Concept creation for a new Vodafone Business customer portal.
I developed all the UX writing for mobile and desktop portal, incorporating IBM Watson technology.
I storyboarded the launch video concept, and developed the copy... and even smashed out the voiceover. 🙂
This asset was the centrepiece of a campaign to sell the portal to local OpCos within Vodafone Group - Purchased by 5 markets within first 6 months.
